REFUND POLICY

Returns/Exchanges

IMPORTANT: With limited exceptions, returns are refunded either store credit or back to your original payment method. Shipping charges are not refundable.

All items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned.

U.S. Domestic and International 

  • Return label fees are calculated and deducted from your refund at the portal checkout stage.
  • You have 14 days to receive a full refund or exchange. 

Steps to return/exchange:

Items bought on Designerlockdown.com will gladly be accepted processing through our Returns Portal if requested within 14 days of the shipment delivery date.

Send us your item(s) back in full accordance with our Return Policy:

All merchandise must be returned in its original condition, including its original boxes and packaging. Clothing must be unworn, unaltered, undamaged, and free from any stains, odors, self-tanner, pet hairs, or distinct smells like deodorant and perfume.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method, excluding shipping and return fees. Please ensure that all tags are attached when returning the items.

Please note that all Clearance items, Outlet Items, Sale Section Items, Accessories, Hats, Swimwear, Shoes, and Intimates are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged. Additionally, all personalized items are considered final sales and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Items sent to us by mistake, with the wrong label, or that do not meet our return criteria will not be returned to you or refunded; they will be discarded.

Upon the delivery of your returned shipment, a refund will be issued back to your original payment type, excluding shipping and handling costs. 

We kindly ask customers to return each order separately so you don’t experience issues receiving your complete and correct refund. If items from separate orders are returned together in one parcel, we can only identify one order. 

We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

Returns are processed within 5-10 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.

Damages

In the event your item is damaged or defected [we're deeply sorry!] Please visit our returns portal within 7 days to report the damage.

Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several weeks to reach us if returning from an international location. Please allow 5-10 business days to process your return once it is delivered to us. Once your return is fully processed, we will issue you store credit in the form of a Designer Lockdown store credit.  for use on a future purchase. This Code will never expire, and is redeemable right away!

Helpful Hint: Designer Lockdown is not responsible for returns until they reach us in Apple Valley, CA. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Designer Lockdown will not issue store credit for your returns.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"

  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or

  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

Non-Designer Lockdown items sent to us will be discarded upon receipt.
